Aerobic exercise burns calories and fat, whereas strength exercise tones and builds muscle. The more muscle your body has the more energy (calories) your body burns at rest. And although muscle weighs more than fat, it is a lot smaller, so swap those scales for a tape measure.

Simply Circuit is a great way to extend or advance your aerobic or step aerobic exercise and add strength training in. You’ll still get the fast pace from the aerobics and step aerobics exercises in this DVD, but you’ll also really start to turn fat into muscle.
