The Dyna-Band DVD gives an assortment of resistance band exercises as they are broken down into five 10 minute workouts. Doing each workout just once a week gives a total body workout from resistance band exercises that will tone you up fast.
The DVD also includes a warm up and a cool down routine and it even comes complete with a green (beginner) resistance band for you to use.
